New York Rangers fans will soon have their new home in the heart of downtown New York City.
The team has signed a deal to bring the Rangers to the New York State Fairgrounds.
The deal is worth more than $250 million.
This marks the third-largest deal to be made by the Rangers since they moved to town in 1996.
In 2017, they announced that the New Jersey Devils were moving from Madison Square Garden to Brooklyn.
The New York Islanders moved from Nassau Coliseum to the Brooklyn Nets in 2019.
The Rangers will open the 2017-18 season in the Barclays Center on Thursday, March 3, and the Rangers will play their first home game on Saturday, March 6 against the Los Angeles Kings.
The Rangers return home to play the Toronto Maple Leafs on Saturday night.
